Any suggestion on good, relatively cheap places to get them? I've had multiple pairs of Leg Avenue ones, but they just snag SOOOO easily and don't always stay up well (even the kind that aren't SUPPOSED to need garters.) I am looking for retro style ones, like with a back seam and/or cuban heel. I'm kind arough on them apparently so I don't want to spend a LOT on them, but would def. spend a little more for something higher quality than the leg avenue stuff. I also need some cute garter belts so any suggestions on where to get those would be awesome too!!

Lastly, I got a couple of AMAZING vintage garter belts BUT, the rubber is all crusty. Can I safely just take the old rubber out and replace them with some new ones from JoAnns or something or would that not work for some reason?
