I was reading a sewing blog yesterday and the girl made a cute full-skirted dress and then decided it needed a crinoline, she posted pictures of herself in it with and without the crinoline and wrote about people's reactions when she wore the outfit (a day out shsopping in St Louis) Anyways...someone posted a response saying, hey...in SF that look is routine, girls wear full skirts and crinolines, they're sold in mainstream stores, etc. This is my FAVE thing to wear (I do look sensational in bouffant skirts, but almost everyone does!) Is it true that in SF this look has caught on?
